Navigate to shops under the admin tab. Select the details/edit button next to your shop. Click the triangle next to shop information, then the triangle next to legal disclaimers. If you would like to use GlassBiller’s standard legal disclaimer, select the auto update AOB button, then click the add AOB button. You make make any changes you would like to this disclaimer, or add your own from scratch.
To view the disclaimer on an invoice, go to a job then click the print button. In the print preview you can scroll to the bottom of the invoice to view the Assignment of Benefits.
