Making it as easy as possible for your customers to pay is just good business. Read below to learn how to generate and send payment links to your customers.

To create a payment link you will click on the "share" button on the top left of each job screen, then click "payment link."
Clicking "payment link" will open the payment link option window. From here you can choose to send a payment link via text message, email, or you can simply generate a URL link that you can send to your customers in any method you would like.
When sending via text or email be sure to double check who you are intending to get the link, either the customer or the bill-to customer. When you select one of those customers the system will automatically put the amount in the "requested amount" that is due from that customer. However, you may adjust the requested amount as needed.
If you do not want to send a link through the system you can simply just generate a URL link and then your customer can use that link to pay their invoice. Click the copy icon on the right side to copy the link to your clipboard.
Finally you can view your payment link history, click "History" on the left navigation.
