To set up this feature, contact customer support to integrate your customer numbers. GlassBiller will link your account to five vendors, Mygrant, PGW, Pilkington, IGC, and American. After your account is linked, navigate to the vehicle section of the job screen.
Find the part you need in the NAGS Catalogue, then click the shopping cart icon here to check suppliers. GlassBiller will check the suppliers’ inventory. It will show you how many of the part are available from each in this column, and the prices right next to that.
If you would like to make the purchase, click on the result, then in the pop up window click the shopping cart button to add it to your cart. GlassBiller gives you the option to purchase any related parts, or you can select this checkbox to just order the original part. Click add when you have made your selection.
Navigate to your shopping cart by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the screen. It shows you all the parts in your cart grouped by the venders here. Select which parts you are ready to order, then select proceed to checkout.
And after making the order, don’t forget to create a purchase order!
