Let's explore the robust options GlassBiller offers for Customer Profiles. On the job screen, with a customer selected, choose the pencil icon in the customer section.
This brings up the customer profile options. Under the contact info tab, you can make any needed adjustment to the contact information. Under the settings tab, you can set defaults for invoice tier, salesrep, technitions, install locations or the bill too.
The shop settings tab allows you to set a default shop, default nags pricing, a default price level, and the default taxes. You can add notes about the customer under this tab. Either an internal note, or you can add a popup note that will appear everytime you this customer is brought up. You can view their vehicles under this tab, view the previoius jobs under this tab, and view any uploads under this tab.
