It is a good practice to upload all important documents relating to each job. From dispatches to prior approvals, you can attach these to each job within GlassBiller.
You will need to have the document downloaded onto your device. If the document is attached to the job in GlassBiller , you may click on it from your job screen, and select download button here.
To submit documents for Lynx affiliated companies, go to the more tab, then lynx POP from the drop down menu. This will redirect you to the lynx website. Enter the dispatch number, the insured ’ s last name, and fill in the captcha then click search. On the next screen, click upload, then choose the file download previously. Select the necessary files one at a time, then select upload.
