Access the user permissions by selecting the admin tab, then accounts from the drop-down menu. Select the details/edit button next to your shop. All your users will load. Then open the user whose settings you wish to change with the details/edit button. At the bottom of the pop-up window is the user permissions tab. Click the blue triangle to open.
The check mark means the user has access. Simply click the box to turn the permission on or off. Select any of these three settings with the gear icon (reports, data, and notification settings) to bring up a pop up window with additional permissions for each category. Lastly, this job view button will quickly deselect all the other permissions, allowing that user to only view jobs.
