Almost any place within GlassBiller where you can send a message, you also have the ability to create a template. For example, under the share tab, if you select SMS pdf, SMS signature, or payment link, there is a link to manage text message templates.
Click the link, then click create from the pop up. From here you can name the template, choose what type of template it will be, choose the shop, and finally create the body of the text message for the template.
The email templates offer even more customization. Navigate to share, then click email, then click manage email message templates, and finally create. Again, you name the message here, choose where the template will show up, select a shop. Then as you add the subject line and the message, you can choose from any of the selections on the left, such as the customer’s name or service date and GlassBiller will pre-populate the appropriate information when the email is sent.
