Sourcing Parts

Let’s look at sourcing parts within GlassBiller.

On each job, after you select the parts you need for the job, you can quickly source the parts. Select the check box for the parts you have in stock and then select the red no buy icon here. And for the parts that you need to purchase, click the check box here and create a purchase order by clicking this blue icon.

You can check the parts for all the jobs that you have scheduled for certain dates by navigating to the warehouse tab. For example, a manager could check the next day’s scheduled jobs to make sure all the parts are sourced. Select the date range here. And you can source all the parts directly from this screen. Either click the no buy button here in blue, or select the checkbox next to the part, then create a purchase order with the blue button here.
