To begin, they will need to register an account at salesidemobile.com. Here they will fill in their name, email address, and phone number. They will also create a username and password. They should take note of their username as it is case sensitive.
After they have created an account, someone from the shop will need to send them an invitation to the shop. From the job screen in Glassbiller, select the sales rep box here. In the drop-down menu, choose add new. In the pop-up window, enter the person’s name. Next, in the settings menu, make sure you choose the shop you would like to connect them to, here, under the SSM allowed shops. And finally, in the SaleSide account menu, enter the username of the salesrep, exactly as they created it. After you click out of the box, it will show the invitation status below as pending.
The salesrep will then need to log back in to SaleSide mobile where they will see the red notification on the invitation button. Click invitations, select the invitation, then yes, and then select as default shop. You are now connected
Now, when your salespeople are in the field, they can click here on the job button and then on the enter new job button to begin a new job. They can enter the new customers information here, the info about the car here, with this drop down menu they can choose the repair type, you can take photos for the damage locator, enter the insurance info here, and even add scheduling information. Here they can enter different mobile information if needed or check same as customer, and below that is where they add pictures of damage, insurance cards, vin numbers, or any other necessary photos. There is a note section here. And you can get a signature in this box.
Finally, they can save the job here, send the customer an email here, send for review, or send the job to Glassbiller with this button. Click yes to confirm, and the job pushed to the shop.
Now, back in Glassbiller, you can see the mobile jobs that are sent in here under the mobile tab. It displays the mobile job number, the customers info, who created the job, the vehicle information, and the date. These buttons on the right allow you to view the job, archive it, kick it back to the sales rep, or start the job as either an invoice or a work order. Once you select start, all the information collected from the customer is imported into the new job in Glassbiller.
