Lynx POP
Let’s look at how to upload a proof of purchase to Lynx.
On the job screen, under the more tab, choose Lynx pop. Make sure to save the document that you plan to upload with no special characters in it, or it will not upload.
Enter the dispatch number here, the insured’s last name, fill out the captcha, and click search. On the next screen choose upload, and you are done
