Let’s look at how to create a follow-up job within GlassBiller.

From the job screen, with the invoice you need to follow up on open. Select the more tab to open this drop down. Under the follow up label here, you can choose warranty, recal, call back, r & I, or tint. As a side note, you may clone any job, for any reason, by clicking the clone button under the more tab.
Once you make the selection, GlassBiller clones the job, making a copy of the original invoice and linking the two here. You can switch back and forth between the original invoice and the follow up by clicking the icons for each. You can make any changes that you need to the follow-up invoice, and when you have finished with the follow up work, save it as completed here, keeping a record of all the work you’ve done for this job.
