If you have submitted an invoice to the insurance company and need to add a part or service to that invoice for the same job, you will need to submit a supplemental invoice. GlassBiller makes this easy.
Hover your mouse over the more tab, and then choose supplement from the drop down menu. GlassBiller will clone the job, keeping all the original invoices information, but removing all of the previous parts, leaving you free to add the needed parts or services.
Please note, supplemental invoices cannot be EDI'd. You will need to either fax or email the invoice. You can choose those options here under the share tab. Fill the appropriate information here, and click send. You can also see that if were to print the invoice, it has supplemental invoice across the top.
