Network Pre-Approvals

Let’s talk about how to get pre-approval from Lynx and Safelite.

For lynx, there is a phone number on your dispatch that you need to call for pre- approval.

For Safelite, click the more tab from the job screen and choose SGC fast track. This links you to Safelite’s website. Enter your shop number and the invoice number, and then you have access to all of these features: Check the invoice status, create an invoice, request approval, check approval status, submit proof of purchase, or re dispatch a work order. Follow the prompts and submit for the approval.
