GlassBiller offers quick, robust user support. To get assistance, navigate to the support tab, which is available from any page in GlassBiller, then choose create ticket. GlassBiller will automatically populate some of the fields, depending on which page the ticket was open from. Fill out the subject line and a brief description of the issue in question and click submit. Once submitted, our support team will respond by email, phone call, or by opening a screen share depending upon the ticket, and our goal is to respond to your ticket as quickly as possible.
You may also view any prior support tickets or check the status of a current ticket, by clicking the ticket history tab.
