You can set a commission for each of these vendors on the job screen. For a one-time commission associated just with the current job, you can select the vendor, then type the commission into the box next to the vendor either as a dollar amount or as a percentage.
If you would like to set a recurring commission, hover the mouse above the vendor and click the edit button. In the pop up window, under the commissions tab, you can set the standard commission, again in either a dollar amount or as a percentage. And finally, you can see the total amount of commissions added to a job here in the cost sections of the job details panel.
