Editing the Jobs Table

There are two options for customizing this data table. The first is to click the edit table button. In the pop up window, you can uncheck any of the columns that you do not want to see. Some of the columns have submenus, where you can specify the information, you want to be displayed in that column. You can drag the items to rearrange the order. You may also colorize the columns. Close the window and your changes will take effect. To save the layout, click the new button here. Give the layout a title, and choose whether or not you want this to be the default view
The second way to edit the table is to select edit mode. Use the red x to close a column. You can click and drag the columns to reorder, and the colorize. Click the edit mode button again to exit editing.
All of your different saved views will be accessible from the drop down menu. Click edit to change the title or default status. You can print any of the views or send them to an excel spreadsheet in the upper left.
