First, you get a designated phone number for your shop, and you choose the area code (as long as it's available). Every text message you send through GlassBiller, whether it be SMS pdf, SMS signature, or payment link, will come from the that number. You can click on the customer phone number in the job screen, and bring up the text message dialogue box.
From there, you can send and receive texts, and also, all the text messages are stored, just like a phone. You can access all the text messages with all your customers, from this SMS tab on the left.
In the schedule tab, you can quickly send job confirmation text messages to your customers. Click the send confirmation link under the box. The text will be from your shop’s phone number. Use one of your premade templates and click send. The message on the schedular changes to sent. When the the customer responds to the text, the note here will change to confirmed or rejected.
