Let's look at a quick way to see if your QuickBooks and GlassBiller are in sync.

Glassbiller offers a convenient way to determine where your QuickBooks and Glassbiller accounts are out of sync and to get them back in line.
On the AR/AP tab, this red button lets you know that there is an outstanding balance of the displayed amount in QuickBooks. When you click the button, it shows you the individual invoices which are not balanced, sorted by the date. You can then select an invoice and either sync the invoice or sync the invoice and payment with QuickBooks
