Having these documents readily available allows our team to quickly confirm the validity of each job and get your fundings to you without delay. From the job screen, under the documents section, click the plus tab to upload the desired documents.
Make sure to attach the dispatch, along with a customer signature. You can use the various methods of obtaining customer signatures digitally in GlassBiller or through Techside, or you can scan a copy of a physically signed work order and upload it as you would any other document. Use the SWO tag when uploading customer signatures.
You also need a copy of any pre approvals, commonly for your recals or OEM parts. Either a screenshot or a download of that file works well. Lastly, attach both proofs of purchase and proofs of service. The POPs will be needed for outsourced recals and OEM parts, and the proof of ser- vice should include your recal pre/post scans regardless of whether the service was outsourced or not. The POP tag can be used for receipts and the RECAL tag can be used for your recal scans.
