Across top of the job screen are the five vendor boxes, CSR, sales source, sales rep, Tech, and location. To add a vendor to any of these categories, click in the desired box, and click add new. You have the ability to change the category here, and then add the vendor name.
Once added Glassbiller takes you to the vendor profile page, where all the information on that vendor is stored. The first tab displays the stats for that vendor. Under the contact info tab, you can add and edit the vendor’s name, phone number, fax, email address, and address.
Under the settings tab, you have different vendor specific options for CSR, sales source, sales rep, tech and location. Leave any notes in this tab, set reoccurring commissions here, the Techside mobile username goes here, and under documents tab you can upload any necessary documents, such as a w-9.
Once entered, you have a quick reference point for this information for each vendor displayed here on the left. And to deactivate a vendor click the active button here.
