Glassbiller makes it easy to communicate with Safelite. From the job screen, under the more tab, click SGC fast track. This takes you directly to the Safelite website where you enter your shop number and the job’s referral number, both of which are on your dispatch.

On this next page you can check the invoice status, request an approval, submit proofs of purchase, create a manual invoice, check approval status, and redispatch a work order. All of these options require you to enter more information.

For example: To request an approval, select the box, click continue and on the next page you select which type of approval you are seeking from the drop-down menu. Fill in the additional information requested which is different for each approval type. Some of the types of approval require documentation and it will let you know what it needs here, which you can then upload. Once the form is filled out click submit here. Your submission could be immediately approved, but if not, you can return later and check the status here.
